Improver Run Plans are designed for the everyday runner who wants to improve their race time once they have completed an Endurance Run Plan or Base Building Run Plan.

All Plans Include:

Run Plan: 4-5 days per week running
Strength Training Plan: Weekly dumbbell workouts, mobility & stability
Training Resources: Fueling and hydration guide, race strategy worksheet
Weekly Team Coaching Call: Connect with Coach Alysha & the team to ask questions regarding your training and progress via zoom.
What Runs You Pacing Calculators: Identify what your training paces should be based on your current fitness.
