Coach Alysha uses this expertise to pursue her true passion through her business What Runs You, LLC. Her coaching philosophy makes running approachable and guides women to achieve their running goals through self-discovery, empowerment, and engagement with a team of support throughout the journey.

Molly Pitts
Molly Pitts has been with our team for 8 years. First, as a high energy athlete who quickly became everyone’s favorite accountability partner for early morning runs. Like many of the athletes on our team, she grew into her identity as an endurance athlete. She started her journey, unsure if her body was capable of handling the sport’s demands and intensity, but eventually learned over time what she was truly capable of. She just needed to give herself a chance to adapt and get stronger. Molly has now successfully completed numerous marathons and even paced athletes on our team to new milestones. She has spent the last several years investing her time to gain a deeper understanding of running and our team’s needs and goals. She has done this through countless hours of mentorship with Coach Alysha and becoming certified. With her extensive experience and training, she helps our team reach their goals.

Alysha has been my coach since 2020 and seriously having her as my coach has changed my life. She changed my perspective on running and made me genuinely fall in love with the sport. In the time I have spent working with her I have set personal records in my half marathon (twice) and completed my first full marathon. This is all insane to me when I really stop to think about it. What I love about her program is that I just have to do what I’m told, I never have to think about what my workout is. I just show up and put in the work with her cheering me on every step of the way. Coach Alysha is one of the most inspiring, genuine, and supportive people I have ever met.
