Timeboxed Training Plans

Perfect for women who want flexible, affordable structure, with real connection built in.

All of our Timeboxed training plans include access to one live coaching call per week, so you’re not just following a plan—you’re supported while you train.

Help Me Choose a Plan!

These plans are designed to support consistency without taking over your life.

You’ll train 4–5 days per week, with strength and mobility built in—and the flexibility to adjust workouts around your schedule. Whether you’re base-building, race prepping, or easing back in, you’ll stay on track without added stress.

What is a Timeboxed Plan?

Timeboxed plans are flexible, structured training blocks designed for real-life runners. You’ll get access for the full length of the plan—plus an extra week for flexibility. Train independently while still getting access to a weekly live coaching call for questions, feedback, and support.
