For everyday runners who want personalized support, small group coaching, and access to a variety of training plans. Whether you’re training for your first race, aiming for a new personal best, returning to running after injury, or simply maintaining your fitness between races, our plans help you reach your next milestone with confidence.

What To Expect

Your journey begins with a personal call from Coach Alysha, where you’ll discuss your goals and take your first steps in the program. From the start, you’ll be connected with other athletes in the premium subscription, providing you with a welcoming, supportive environment. With up to 3 weekly team calls to choose from, you’ll receive regular support and guidance, along with the flexibility to move workouts around to fit your schedule—ensuring that your training works with your life. You’ll also have direct access to Coach Alysha via her athlete cell for messaging support as you progress through your plan. Throughout your journey, Alysha will guide you through plan selection and make necessary adjustments for injury, illness, or travel, keeping you on track no matter what life throws your way.

This program is built on the strength of community. You’ll never train alone, as a close-knit group of athletes will be there to motivate, encourage, and hold you accountable. With weekly calls and direct messaging access to Coach Alysha, you’ll have continuous support to navigate challenges and fine-tune your training. What’s Included in a Timeboxed Plan vs. Premium Membership

Timebox Plan

Weekly Coaching Call: 1 weekly team call
In-App Social Wall: Both Premium and Timebox members can access our in-app social wall. While it’s a space to see updates and share progress, tagging or mentioning others isn’t available, and notifications can either be set to “all” or “none.”
Run Plan: Time-limited access equal to the plan length + 1 week buffer
Strength Training Plan: Included within the timebox window
Fuel and Hydration Guidance: Included within the timebox window
Comprehensive Training Resources: Resources pertaining to the plan being followed, limited to the timebox window

Premium Team Chat #teamspirit: Daily support and accountability with teammates, Coach Alysha and Assistant Coach Molly.
Run Plan: Access to a variety of training plans tailored to different goals and fitness levels.
Plan Edits: Fully custom training plans for unique race experiences are available for an additional $50 per 12 weeks of training.
Pre-Race Strategy Call: Two strategy calls per year with Coach Alysha to ensure you’re race-day ready.
Strength Training Plan: A weekly routine designed to rebuild muscle, improve posture, and prevent injury.
Fuel and Hydration Guidance: Expert advice to help you navigate fueling during training, race day, and post-race recovery.
Comprehensive Training Resources: Covering nutrition, recovery, mindset, race strategy, and more to support your progress.
Performance Prompts: Thoughtful, reflective questions that meet you where you’re at and encourage growth throughout your journey.
Pacing Calculator: A tool to help you determine your ideal training paces based on your current fitness level.
