Your journey begins with a personal call from Coach Alysha, where you’ll discuss your goals and take your first steps in the program. From the start, you’ll be connected with other athletes in the premium subscription, providing you with a welcoming, supportive environment. With up to 3 weekly team calls to choose from, you’ll receive regular support and guidance, along with the flexibility to move workouts around to fit your schedule—ensuring that your training works with your life. You’ll also have direct access to Coach Alysha via her athlete cell for messaging support as you progress through your plan. Throughout your journey, Alysha will guide you through plan selection and make necessary adjustments for injury, illness, or travel, keeping you on track no matter what life throws your way.
