Alysha Flynn is a Road Marathoner, Trail Ultra Runner, and Certified Coach with over 25 years of running experience and 15 years of coaching expertise. As a consultant and coach for the Every Woman’s Marathon, she creates inclusive training guides and educational content that support thousands of female marathoners across the country.

She helps women train for PRs, rebuild after burnout, return from injury or pregnancy, and reconnect with running in seasons that demand flexibility. Two 60-minute 1:1 Zoom calls per month
Dedicated space to talk through training, life load, and mindset—and leave with aligned goals, fresh strategy, and clarity on what really matters right now.
Fully customized programming
Every phase designed around your race goals, recovery needs, and life schedule.
Real-time adjustments
Your plan adapts as you do—whether it’s illness, injury, a tough week, or a breakthrough.
Direct communication access
Stay connected, accountable, and supported without overthinking every run. (defined during onboarding)
Race strategy and pacing development
We’ll work through mental strategies, race day prep, fueling, and the emotional load of big goals.

If you’re interested in having me pace or support you in person for your key race, you’ll be able to mention that during the consultation. I offer this option for select events throughout the year.
